On the evening of July 6, the 2017 Cool Party of Fenglin Community in Tongchuan New District raised the curtain. The residents of the community not only watched the colorful and down to earth entertainment show, but also witnessed the awarding to the good people and the families around them with admiration. All the residents received moral education from this party and the atmosphere was happy and peaceful.

In order to promote the construction of spiritual civilization in the community, enrich their spare-time cultural life, and create a demonstration area for the National Public Cultural Service System, Tongchuan Fenglin Property Management Company hosted the "2017 Fenglin Cool Party". This party is jointly organized by Fenglin Property, Fenglin Community and Fenglin owners committee. At the same time, the selected "Fenglin Good People" and "Fenglin Good Family" will be publicized and rewarded at this party in order to lead all residents to comply with the community’s owner convention and consciously maintain the environment and the order of Fenglin community to create a harmonious, civilized, environmental and healthy home.

It is understood that this is the tenth time that Fenglin Community has held such a cool party in succession. The programs are arranged and performed by residents of the Fenglin Community and the property management staff. This party not only present many interesting and colorful shows, but also provided a good opportunity for all residents to communicate with neighbors and friends which made the whole community in a harmonious atmosphere, and people were inspired on how to make their community better than before by all the" Good People" around them.
